1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Mcs Drapery Services ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

Mcs Drapery Services provides professional window treatment services including, but not limited to:

  • Installation of blinds, shades, and drapery
  • Cleaning and maintenance of window treatments
  • Repair services for window treatment hardware and mechanisms
  • Custom design consultation and fabrication
  • Measurement and consultation services

3. Service Agreements and Estimates

Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified. Prices may be subject to change based on actual measurements, site conditions, or changes to the scope of work agreed upon by both parties.

Service Contracts

Work will commence only after a written service agreement is signed by both parties and any required deposits are received. The service agreement will specify the scope of work, timeline, payment terms, and any special conditions.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

  • A deposit of 50% is required upon signing the service agreement
  • The remaining balance is due upon completion of work
  • Payment can be made by check, cash, or credit card
  • Returned check fees may apply
  • Accounts past due may be subject to collection action

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Customer Cancellation

Customers may cancel services with at least 48 hours notice before the scheduled work date. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of materials already ordered or prepared.

Company Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, material availability, or safety concerns. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund of any deposits paid.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

6. Warranty and Liability

Workmanship Warranty

We provide a one-year warranty on all installation work. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and installation-related issues. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by others is not covered.

Product Warranties

Manufacturer warranties apply to all products installed. We will assist customers in processing warranty claims where applicable.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, structural issues, or damage to property not caused by our work. Customers should ensure adequate insurance coverage for their property.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring clear access to work areas
  • Removing or protecting items in work areas
  • Providing accurate measurements and information
  • Being present during scheduled work if required
  • Notifying us of any special requirements or restrictions

8. Intellectual Property

All content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion and other matters related to the site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary rights. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the site is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
