Pricing varies based on blind type and window complexity. Basic installation starts at $45 per window for standard sizes, with luxury materials and complex installations ranging higher. We provide detailed quotes after free measurements with no hidden fees.
Do you offer price matching?
Yes! We actively price match legitimate competitor quotes for the same service and materials. Just provide the competing quote and we'll match or beat it. Quality isn't compromised - you get the same professional installation at a better price.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees, ever. Our quotes include all materials, labor, warranty, and cleanup. The only additional charges are for travel beyond our standard service area or for unusual circumstances clearly disclosed before work begins.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. Payment is due upon completion for residential work. Commercial accounts can arrange payment terms. We also offer financing options for larger projects.

Our repair service includes diagnosis, labor, and most common parts. We fix broken cords, replace worn mechanisms, realign bent slats, and address operation issues. If major parts replacement is needed, we provide an estimate before proceeding.
Can you repair blinds from other companies?
Absolutely! We repair and service window treatments from all manufacturers. If parts are unavailable, we'll recommend suitable alternatives or suggest replacement options that fit your budget and needs.

What areas do you serve?
We serve all of New Hampshire with our primary service area including Portsmouth, Hampton, Exeter, Dover, Nashua, Manchester, and Concord. Extended coverage to all NH locations is available with reasonable travel charges.
What are your business hours?
We're open Monday-Friday 8 AM to 6 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 4 PM. Emergency service is available outside these hours for urgent situations. We also offer evening appointments for working customers.
How far in advance should I schedule?
For installations, we typically schedule 1-2 weeks out, though faster service is often available. Cleaning services can usually be scheduled within a week. Emergency repairs can often be done the same day if called in before 2 PM.
